This ought to be interesting. Some law students in Maine is taking on the RIAA. The University of Maine School of Law’s Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic have decided to defend fellow students against another one of the RIAA’s efforts to squash any semblance of freedom when it comes to file sharing.

This is a group of third-year students working under close faculty supervision and this case is expected to be the start of a change in the way universities handle RIAA legal actions. It’s Absolutely it’s worth following.
