It seems that yoga guy is still at it with his bands project. That's what I call a neighbor of mine who likes to practice yoga in his front yard at 4am with incredibly loud rock music playing and somehow never gets cited by the police for disturbing the peace which I assure you, he does on a regular basis.

I was at the Nutjob Hills Diner the other day and heard him talking to someone in a booth behind and to the right of me. By the way, I'm not in the habit of eavesdropping but when somebody is that close it's kinda hard not to hear what they're saying especially when they tend to talk kind of loud.

Anyway, he was talking about his search for bands to participate in his live music for yoga practice thing that he's been trying to put together. While talking about what he looks for in a band he said that one of the first things that he will disqualify them for is having all their stuff carefully packed away in Road-Runner Cases. Not that it's actually a bad thing to keep your instruments and equipment packed away in protective cases and such but that he's found that bands who do so are less likely to be the right kind of thing for his project.

Evidently the more thoughtless and careless they are the more likely they're going to be what he's looking for.

Given how thoughtless most people are in today's world, I'm doomed to having to listen to his nightmare come true of five bands playing different tunes (probably off key and definitely out of sync) at the same time while he does his yoga.

argh.
