Unexpected Weight Loss

It's no secret that I've been trying to lose weight for quite a while and that I am starting at well over three hundred pounds. In fact I started at just about three hundred fifty three pounds. So far I am down to three hundred thirty six and you'll never guess how I'm doing it.

The short version is that I have figured out that being deeply involved in a project that I am VERY intensely interested in is part of it because I tend to forget to eat when I'm that wrapped up in something. The other item on my list of the best fat burners I have come up with so far is something that not many would have expected to work.

Tv dinners.

That's right. I said tv dinners. You know, those frozen banquet dinners that usually sell for like 88 cents each in the frozen foods section. Well, I have been eating mostly those dinners for about a month now and my success with losing weight started within a week of my switching to a diet that is made up *almost* entirely of those frozen dinners.

Oh, I have sense enough to eat other things too. I also have multivitamins on hand to make sure that I get enough of everything but those dinners typically have from 200 to 400 calories each. I eat four of them a day which puts my calorie intake at or below 1600 calories per day. This is well below my basal metabolic rate which is about 2800 or so the last time I calculated it. I add in some time on the exercise bike every day and together all this is adding up to some much needed weight loss.

The really cool part is that I'm actually spending less on food because of this!

    I would have never thought of incorporating those into a meal plan. Glad you found something that works. Congrats and keep up the awesome work!
